2.Please refer/ refer back to page20.= refers এর প র back বসে না
3.We stayed for a short period/ short period of time in the hotel.
4. Please repeat/ repeat again.= repeat এর সাথে again বসে না
5. He returned/ returned back from his trip.= returned এর সাথে back বসে না
6. I have repeated the information again/ not again for his perusal
Note: perusal= মনযোগ সহকারে পড়া।
7. The bag of seeds slitted /had been slit.
=had been slit(cut, slit, read, cast, telecast এগুলতে প রি বত ন হয় না)
8.When the police arrived, the criminal have/had already escaped.= had
9.In many parts of the US, houses are considerably more energy efficient than they are/ were a decade ago.
=were

10. Lucy, whosecar had broken down, didn’t go.=whose (when something belongs to somebody)
