H.S.C Students Without Clues-1

1. Istanbul is one of the cities (a) I wanted to visit all my life. Rich in history, this  old city (b) Asia and Europe. You can (c) walk from Asia to Europe in 10 minutes! This was (d) the seat of a (e) empire which (f ) over a big chunk of Europe, Asia and North Africa. The opportunity (g) when I was going to Canada to (h) my youngest daughter’s (i). I spent  four days in Istanbul (j) the Blue mosque.
2. A (a) from the stars, the night’s leafy darkness had only been broken by a (b) of orange tinted (c) and the glow of (d) lower towns on the plains. The lights were (e) along the far hill and marked  the Indian border. Which towns of Moulvibazar  District  were (f ) was not certain: was that Robi Bazar or Kamalganj? Was that  Kulaura? On the other side, the villagers (g) , one town –glow marked Tripura’s Kailashahar , the (h) Dharmanagar.The oxygen was (i) , the silence almost (j) in this land of the seven huts.
