11.Is constantly clumsy ,lacking coordination and general body awareness. 

12.Finds it difficulty  to use scissors ,crayons, paintbrushes etc.

13.Has trouble counting or learning to identify written numbers.

14.Has a history of slow speech development  and has trouble being understood by strangers.

15.Has difficulty keeping time rhythm with sound patterns ,such as clapping ,music or a regular beat.

16.Finds it hard to follow more than one instruction at a time.

17.Has difficulty understanding  the meaning of words such as underneath, beside, around, above ,behind etc.

18.Has trouble  locating familiar objects in the home.

19.Has difficulty putting items away where they belong.

20. Forgets the names of people ,places, teachers, colors and shapes etc.

21. Cannot pronounce sounds to learn new words.

22. Puts clothes on the wrong way round.

23. Has  trouble with grass motor skills such as catching, kicking, throwing, hopping, galloping, skipping, etc.

24. When speaking regularly mixes up familiar words like ‘pootfrint’ instead of ‘ footprint’.

25. Uses baby talk for longer than would be expected.

26. Has an immediate family member who also displays difficulty with reading, writing and spelling.
